Static Mixers
MIXPAC™ ME/MS static mixer portfolio provides an efficient and reliable solution for component mixing to be used with meter mix dispense (MMD) equipment:
- Universally applicable to high and low viscosities
- Available with two different inlet diameters to fit most meter mix dispense systems
- Helical mixing element made from POM for increased stability
- Disposable mixers eliminate costly cleaning procedures and decrease equipment downtime
For safety reasons, MIXPACTM ME/MS static mixers must be used with shrouds.

Rotary Mixers to be Used for Rotary Machine Mixing
MIXPAC™ MSR rotary mixers are specifi cally designed to be used with dynamic meter mix dispense equipment, used for hard to mix low viscosity adhesives and sealants:
- Highly effective for mixing of components with high viscosity difference
- Disposable mixers eliminate costly cleaning procedures and decrease equipment downtime
- Rotary mixing process enables superior mixing quality with a reduced number of mixing elements
- Mixer length up to % shorter versus static mixers also results in significant material waste reduction and an increase in process efficiency.
